"A lovely house and garden. Staff who do their best to care for us and keep us happy. A very well-run house providing comfort, companionship and safety in old age."

Made by a resident

Set on the east side of Dunfermline by the Public Park, both houses are in quiet residential streets. There are mature tree and each house has a spacious feel with well tended gardens.

All accommodation has a private entry system allowing independence. All rooms are carpeted but unfurnished with TV points. Internet can be accessed on your own telephone account. Each house has a House Manager and cleaning staff, all with appropriate training.

The House Manager is key to the smooth running of the house, checking that everyone is fine in the morning and preparing lunch and tea. Breakfast provisions are ordered from the House manager, allowing breakfast to be taken in your room at a time suitable for you. The House Manager will cater for any dietary requirement.

We do not provide cares as we are very sheltered housing but you can bring your own care package, should you require care at home.

Bed linen is sent to be cleaned fortnightly and our cleaners take care of your personal laundry and ironing. Each house has a fully equipped utility area. House Managers are on duty 8am - 130pm and 4pm - 6.30pm (Mon - Friday) 4pm - 6pm on a Saturday/Sunday.
