Eskdale is situated in the small town of Aberfeldy in the beautiful Tay Valley in Highland Perthshire. It is within easy walking distance of shops, Post Office, Cinema, Health Centre etc. We offer 7 bedsitting rooms and 1 suite. There is a communal lounge/dining area and conservatory and attractive garden.

A beautiful house built in 1880 and situated in the popular market town of Aberfeldy.

Eskdale has seven bedsitting rooms and one suite comprising a bedroom and separate lounge. Four rooms on the ground floor and four on the first floor. There is a stair-lift. All rooms have a mini-kitchen including a small refrigerator and ensuite bath/shower room. There is a communal lounge/dining room and conservatory on the ground floor. There is a residents garden and also parking facilities.

Two nutritious home-cooked meals are provided daily at regular times in the dining room and morning coffee is served in the lounge or conservatory.

The house has its own overall security, including 24 telecare service and a door entry system. A laundry service and a room-cleaning service are also provided.

Residents can furnish and decorate their rooms to reflect their taste and can come and go as they please and entertain visitors at any time.

Regular activities, such as a weekly games morning, are arranged, as well as other social events from time to time.
