Our Care Home, Abbeyfield House, situated in a residential part of Kirkcaldy, has two pleasant dining rooms and comfortable lounges, one overlooking the attractive well-tended gardens. This gives a wonderful space for living and socialising or sitting outside, weather permitting. The garden houses a summer house, greenhouse and various seating areas and our gardeners are always glad of a bit of extra help!

Our fully trained care staff provide 24 hour care, seven days a week, while all staff are here as part of the team to meet our residents needs. Food is prepared by our own chefs and choices of meals are available on a daily basis. We have minibuses that take residents on outings to local places of interest or events and sometimes further afield for short holidays.

Our "Abbey Cottage" Day Centre is a purpose designed bungalow with a lovely sitting room, conservatory, a fully equipped bathroom for assisted bathing and fully adapted toilets. The kitchen provides re-enablement facilities for people to practice the skills they need at home. Our enclosed garden provides an additional facility for activities and relaxation.

We also provide specialised dementia support, both in the care home itself and on a day basis including providing advice and support to families/carers.
